1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment
• Technical error in transaction
• Cancellation of order/service before fulfillment

3. Non-Refundable Cases Refunds will not be provided for:

   • Digital downloads or event passes used/attended
