Note: When collecting your BIB, keep the message with your BIB number and your ID proof handy. If you are collecting on behalf of someone else, please show the Bib details received by email/text message.

GO GREEN – Printouts aren’t necessary. To minimize paper usage, we keep everything digital to minimize our impact on the environment.

Please note that BIBs will not be distributed on the race day.

Full Marathon (42.2K): Reporting Time – 03.00 AM, Flag off Time – 03.30 AM, Cut off Time – 10.00 AM

Half Marathon (21.1K): Reporting Time – 04.30 AM, Flag off Time – 05.00 AM, Cut off Time – 08.30 AM

10K Run: Reporting Time – 06.00 AM, Flag off Time – 06.30 AM

3K Fun Run / 3K Super Run: Reporting Time – 06.30 AM, Flag off Time – 07.00 AM

We kindly ask that all participants arrive 30 minutes ahead of schedule to ensure a smooth and
uninterrupted experience.

Vehicle Parking:

There are two parking facilities available at the Hawa Beach – Kovalam, main parking area (400 meters away from the Start point) but we recommend you carpool for optimal usage of the parking area.
